Found at Maruetsu @2021/12/27.
Chiba Prefecture product. Seems like the OEM version of this duplicate. Similarly, not soy meat, but gluten meat aka seitan made primarily of wheat protein.

Contained 3 large chunks.
Used as minced meat substitute in my phony gapao rice. Blended in without a trace. Still, tasted a little fish-ey.
Wheat protein (Japan), Soy sauce (Contains Soy), Salt, Kombu extract, Soybean oil, Sugar, Enzyme-hydrolyzed vegetable protein, Yeast extract.
