Aichi Prefecture product. They finally found the way to make money off the draining process much frowned upon by most vegans trying to make tofu steaks, etc. Bravo.
気軽に豆腐ステーキを焼いちゃえます。そこまでぎっしりではないですが、ステーキもどきにするのには十分においしかったです。
Tofu steak in no time. Not as firm as thought but more than sufficient to prepare some delicious steaks.
