麺のパックとたれのパックのみです。
Contained one noodle pack and one sauce pack.
麺はちょっと気付くけどあまり気付かないほど小麦粉のやつにかなり近接しています。ソースはよくある甘い系です。
The noodle was rather similar to ones made of wheat flour. The sauce was the regular sweet stuff.
Ingredients:

Okara (=soy pulp) powder, Konjac powder.
【Additive】
Cellulose, Adhesive (Sodium alginate, Psyllium husk, Xanthan, Carrageenan), Flavor enhancer (Amino acid, etc), Calcium carbonate, Sodium bicarbonate, Coloring (Carotene), Calcium chloride.

【Sauce】
Sugar (Japan), Syrup, Miso, Tian mian sauce, Soy sauce, Salt, Boiled bamboo shoot, Sesame paste, Brewed vinegar, Granular soy protein, Spice, Chili oil, Dried onion, Rapeseed oil, Ground sesame, Roasted sesame.
