【伊藤ハム】まるでお肉？大豆ミートのやわらかカツ
【Ito Ham】Soy Soft Cutlet
同じシリーズでメンチカツやハムカツもありますが、こちらはやわらかカツとなっています。最近は近所のスーパーでもよく見かけるようになってきました。
We found one of these triplets of soy meat by Ito Ham at a supermarket nearby. The other two are Minced Cutlet & Ham Cutlet.
Ingredients: Filling(Vegetable Protein Granule, Powdered Egg White, Dairy Protein, Vegetable Oil, Salt, Sugar, Spice, Mushroom Extract, Tomato Paste, Frying Oil(Vegetable Oil)(Made in Japan), Bread Crumb, Flour, Starch, Vegetable Protein Powder, Powdered Egg White, Glucose, Salt, Processed Starch, Polysaccharide Thickener, Flavor enhancer (Amino Acids, etc), Sodium Polyphosphate, Crocin. (Contain Wheat, Egg, Dairies, Soy).
お肉は使われていませんが、卵・乳成分が使われているのでベジタリアン対応です。
お肉を使ったカツのような肉肉しさがないので、揚げ物だけど重くないです。サクサクになるようにグリルで温めてから、ソースをかけて頂きました。
簡単に食べられて夕食のメインおかずになるので良いですね！

No meat, but contains eggs and dairies – so, vegetarian. It didn’t taste meaty nor heavy. Very easy to prepare. Just grill it and put some generic sauce on and there you go!
