バーガーは全部ヴィーガン使用で計3種類です。ほかのサイドやトッピングもヴィーガンです。
There were 3 kinds of burgers all of which are vegan. All other sides and toppings are vegan as well.
かなりクォリティー高いです。本物だ騙されましたって思った感じです。ただ、ソースがかかっていないパティの部分を食べてみたら、割と味がないですが噛み応えは素晴らしいです。バンズの内側は焼かれている色になっていますが、常温です。
One of the few high-quality vegan burgers available in Tokyo. One would go “Hey you served me real meat you bastard” for a moment. A few notes though, there was some parts of the patties that were not covered in sauce. Though chewy, those parts tasted plain. And the buns, though looked charred on the inside, were rather room temperature.
店名の「グレートレイクス」、他のメニュー名「スペリオール」と「ミシガン」から連想すると、これはカナダの「オンタリオ」かと思ったら、カリフォルニアのほうのオンタリオだとすかしを食らいました。おいしいファラフェルのように感じさせた味です。
The trick started with the name “Great Lakes” followed by “Superior” and “Michigan” and ending with “Ontario”, only thing was that was meant to be a Californian Ontario. Anyway, great taste that reminded me of some well prepared falafels.
