ヴィーガンラーメン屋ですね。以前はアボカド油そばとヴィーガンヌードルを頂きました。
Vegan Ramen joint. Had avocado abura soba and vegan noodle on previous visit.
J系って、二郎系のことかな。
JK, or translates to J-series, probably stem from the Jiro Ramen famous for the mashi mashi (=extra size) garlic and bean sprout. Now adapted as a vegan ramen. Throw in an extra ￥200 for extra vegetables.
中華の湯葉、野菜、もやしで、こってりのギトギトスープです。
Chinese yuba (=tofu skin), veggies, bean sprout, to go with some heavy punching dense soup.
麺はいわゆる「ワシワシ麺」ですね。嚙み応え抜群でおいしかったです。
The noodle was something referred to as “washi washi noodle”, an onomatopoeia for the sound one makes when chowing into the chewy noodle. Very nice.
カウンタ―席のみです。ラフォーレの2階にあります。
