“No ingredients of animal origin used” clearly indicated. Look for other stores that belong to the same franchise.
メインは大豆ミートのレンコン挟み揚げ＋舞茸のてんぷらです。かなり美味しかったです。
The main was Deep-fried soy meat between lotus root sandwich + Maitake mushroom (=Hens of the woods) tempura. Very delicious!
サラダバーがある店舗もありましたが、新宿店はなかったです。席と通路のギュウギュウ詰めです。
It’s part of a chain store. There used to be salad bar at some of the stores, but this Shinjuku store was not one of them. As for the interior, it was nothing much than tables and corridors cramped together.
新宿駅や新宿三丁目駅と地下街でつながっている新宿サブナードにあります。
