大豆で作ったソイジャーキーです。オーケーストアで発見@2021/07/17。最初は胡椒辛いですが、噛めば噛むほど大豆ミート感が出てきます。
Soy Jerky. Found at OK Store@2021/07/17. Spicy, as in black-pepper-spicy at first bite, but tasted like normal soy meat afterwards.
Ingredients: Reduced Starch Syrup, Granular Soy Protein(defatted soy, powdered soy protein, plant oil), Soy Sauce, Beaf-Jerky-style Seasoning, Soy Dietary Fiber, Salt, Oblaat Powder, Black Pepper, Yeast Extract, Onion Extract, Caramel Sauce, Garlic Powder, Ginger Powder/Flavor enhancer(Amino Acids, etc.), Flavoring (Wheat, Egg・Dairy-based), Emulsifier.
