レシピによく出てくる「和風だし」に代用可能。でんぷん系の成分が多いです。

Replace “dashi” found in most recipes with this. Contains loads of starch though.

Flavoring ingredients (Japan) (Kombu extract powder, Kombu powder), Hydrolyezd starch (Japan), Sugar, Yeast extract powder, Starch, Rice oil.
