名の通り湯葉を重ねてできた商品です。味は豆腐そのものですが、パック裏の紹介レシピで調理してみてもいいかも。
Eponymously, layered yuba (=Japanese tofu skin). Tasted exactly like the regular tofu, but one can try out some of the recipes provided on the back of the package.
Ingredients:
Soybean (Hokkaido) (Identity preserved handling*).
*Percentage of non-intentional GMO ingredients is limited to less than 5%.
