There are 7 stores in Tokyo. The vegan ramen menu differs quite a bit among the stores.
コクがあってゆずの香りもします。こってりではないですが、浅くもない。
In addition to its rich flavor, it also came with a rather fragrant yuzu aroma. Also, it tasted not too heavy, nor too light. Perfectly balanced, as all things should be.
店内では無料で食べられますが、一応持ち帰り用のものも売っています。やみつきでかなりうまいです。
If you eat-in, there is a can filled with this pickle which you can chunk in wholly, and then order it to be refilled and repeat, for free (but don’t please, manner man).
内装のゴチャゴチャ感はすごいですが、落ち着ける居心地です。
The interior may look like a pandemonium, but it’s rather relaxed as an eatery.
