Vegan ramen with a long name “Soymilk Veggie Ramen with Rich Creamy Soup” just 5 minutes away from Omiya Station. The ramen shop is run by the 4th generation since its inception since more than 100 years ago. It even has branches in San Francisco!
食券制です。レギュラーは￥930ですが、￥1,160の野菜盛りで欲張っちゃいます。麺はほうれん草麺です。
The regular menu is ￥930, and extra veggies for ￥1,160. Spinach noodle used. Buy the ticket and hand it to the staffs.
見た目も抜群です。とにかくねぎが大量に入っています。
Absolutely grammable. Lotsa veggies especially the leeks.
麺は弾力があってとてもおいしかったです。ほうれん草感は抑え目です。野菜たちはそうですが、大量のねぎで口の中で常に香り豊かな食感です。スープは豆乳感があまり主張なく深みを感じられ、麺との相性が良かったです。
First thing first, the noodle was chewy and tasted great – not much spinach taste, as in yes nice, otherwise… Veggies were great notably the leeks which were in abundance, constantly filling your mouth with aromas. As for the soup, soymilk, fortunately did not rear too much of its ugly head, rendering a nice combination with the noodle.
一般的なラーメン同様、カウンター席、水はセルフです。大人気店みたいです。
The usual feature of a ramen joint – counter seat, and water is self-service. Seemed like a popular shop.
