大豆ミートというより、水分を抜いた豆腐の塊に麻辣油と化学調味料をまぶした感じです。あまりおいしくはなかったですが、なぜかクセになります。
Not really your everyday soy meat. It was more like water-drained tofu, on top of which mala oil and artificial seasonings are applied. As expected it was not really tasty but it was a little addictive somehow.
Ingredients:
Soy protein (Defatted processed soybean (Non-GMO)), Soy protein isolate (Non-GMO), Flour), Vegetable oil (Soybean oil), Chili, Salt, Yeast extract, Sesame, Spice.
