Chinese product. Looked delicious.
にんじん、いんげん、大根を分厚い油揚げで巻いてかんぴょうで締め付ける煮物の具です。おいしかったです。
Used in nimono (simmered food). It consisted of carrot, ingen bean, daikon rolled and wrapped in aburaage (fried tofu) and tied with kanpyou (dried gourd strips). Delicious.
Ingredients:
Vegetable (Daikon, Carrot, Ingen bean), Aburaage (Fried tofu), Kanpyo (Dried gourd strip).
【Additive】
Coagulant, Decolorant (Sulfur dioxide).
