2-3cmパックの開口を開けて2.5分チンすれば完成。デュラム麦の香りがします。一人にぴったりの分量です。最初は生麦を食べている感じですが、食べているうちにおいしく感じてきます。
Make a 2～3cm opening off the package & microwave for 2.5 minutes, then you’re ready to go. It smelt Durum Wheat. Size-wise it’s perfect for a one-person meal. At first it tasted like eating flavored raw wheat flour, but it got better with every bite.
Ingredients (Quinoa):
Bulgur (Durum wheat), Vegetable oil, Dried tomato, Red quinoa, Salt.
