Saitama Prefecture product. “No animal-based ingredients used” clearly indicated.
意味ない食べ方をしました。そんなに昆布とかバジルとかを感じられないですが、豆腐自体はおいしかったです。
What’s the point of buying a bar, when you are going to chop them up?! Anyway, the flavoring (Kombu and basil) was not very revealing, but the tofu itself was delicious!
Ingredients (Kombu):
Whole soybean (USA)(Identity preserved handling*), Kombu extract, Salt, Shiitake extract.
【Additive】
Flavor enhancer (Amino acid), Coagulant (Magnesium chloride (Bittern)), Flavor.
*Percentage of non-intentional GMO ingredients is limited to less than 5%.
