店名でもうわかるように、全品ヴィーガンのスイーツラインナップです。白砂糖を使わない、メニューよって低糖質のものもあります。
If you haven’t got it from the shop name, this patisserie is exclusively vegan with various vegan cakes. No refined sugar used, and some even come in low-sugar content.
見た感じもうおいしそうです。ミルクのような濃厚さはないですが、豆乳感もなくやさしい甘さでちょうどよいと感じます。
They said you can’t taste a picture, well… The “cream” was of course fake so you can spare yourself of some fatty treat. It was made of soy but did not leave much trace of the characteristic soy taste. Pretty much its own genre.
カップバージョンはあまり好きではないです。それでも試してみました。
Not a fan of cupped version. Anyway I started blasting.
コーヒーとココアの濃厚レイヤーに挟まれた豆乳クリームと相性抜群です。甘さ控えめですが、そもそも甘さはなくても成立するものですね。
Thick coffee + cocoa layers interlaced with mild soy cream, rendering a fabulous combo. Not too much sweetness, but who needs it when you got the former done well already.
イートインスペース激狭で10席程度です。屋外の4席で御苑を眺めながら食べたほうがよいと思います。
The inside was terribly compact and had 10 seats! It is highly advised to enjoy the treats on the 4 exterior seats which face the Gyoen Park.
新宿御苑の旧新宿門の目の前にあります。
