加熱前は油っこい匂いしました。
Smelled oily before heating.
でも加熱して具材を入れたらいい香りになります。麻も辣もそんなに感じられないやさしい味です。
Nice aroma though upon heating and with plenty of veggies thrown in. Taste wise, not much hotness nor numbness – the epitome of sichuan taste.
Ingredients:
Soy sauce (Japan), Salt (Japan), Rapeseed oil, Chili oil, Sichuan sauce, Doubanjiang, Douchi sauce, Sugar, Ginger, Processed garlic, Spice.
