白ネギ＋ソイミートのミンチ＋豆腐だけでやってみました。原材料にトマトケチャップが入っているので、比較的に甘くてやさしい味でした。日本の麻婆をさらに子どもの味覚に寄せただというイメージです。
Additional ingredients added were Leek, Minced Soy Meat, and Tofu. Considering that the base contained tomato ketchup as one of the main ingredients, it tasted rather sweet. Imagine mabo-tofu retrofitted for japanese and also made children-friendly.
Got this tofu by Sato-no-Yuki as a sample while loitering in front of 2foods. It is also meant as an emergency food as it can be stored for relatively a long time at room temperature. It tasted very good raw, but was used in this mabo-tofu dish instead. They have other products like this pudding, which tasted very good.

Soy sauce (Contains Wheat, Japanese), Leek, Sugar, Miso (Contains Soy), Tomato ketchup, Granular soy protein, Vegetable oil, Ginger, Garlic, Starch, Vegetable bouillon powder, Doubanjiang.
