ノンフライ麺です。麺は弾力があってとても嚙み応えがよかったです。スープは濃厚でおいしかったです。醤油ラーメンみたいな感じです。
The noodle was non-fried and chewy. The soup was dense and tasty! Over all it tasted very much like well prepared shoyu ramen.
Ingredients:
Noodle (Flour (Wheat (Japan)), Starch, Salt), Salt, Rapeseed oil, Yeast extract, Sugar, Fermented seasoning, Vegetable extract, Starch, Garlic paste.
