中国産です。海底撈は中国の有名な鍋チェーン店で、パッケージに「鍋」と書いてあるから、鍋の素かと思ったら、炒め物の調味料でした。

Chinese product. HaiDiLao is a famous hotpot chain store in China and the package says “Nabe” on it. Thought it was a hotpot soup material, but it turned out to be a stir-frying material.
同じ調味料パックが2つ入っています。
Contained 2 same packs of seasoning oil.
2人前の分量のうどんで1パックを使ったのですが、かなりきついです。説明の通り3~5人前で調理したほうがいいです。
Used 1 pack to make 2 servings of udon. It was too strong to be pleasant. Better stick to the instruction and use 1 pack for 3~5 servings.

Soybean oil, Salt, Chili, Doubanjiang (Chili, Broad bean, Salt, Flour), Szechuan pepper, Ginger, Baijiu Alcohol (Contains Wheat), Garlic, Sugar, Spring onion, Spice (Pepper, Fennel, Cinnamon, Star anise, Chenpi, Licorice).
