The breakfast buffet, as well as the dinner buffet, came with the stay plan. As expected, the dishes were mostly non-veg, but for vegans the dishes were much better than the dinner.
First, let’s do the salads. It’s basically the same stuffs from the dinner version. It came with the usual boring ones as well as some interesting locals like bitter gourd and gynura bicolor. 3 types of vegan dressings were labeled.

Sprinkle coconut chips and pumpkin seeds over for additional texture.
炭水化物系は夕食より選択肢が増えています。ライ麦パンとナンは割愛して素麺と冷製スパゲッティをいただきました。
More choices for carbos compared to the dinner, apart from the rye bread and nan (no ghee), there were somen noodle and cold spaghetti.
素麺はめんつゆではなく醤油かシークァーサーポン酢でいただければよい。
As with the somen noodle, instead of the fish-based broth, go with soy sauce or shequasar ponzu sauce.
おかゆもおいしかったです。
Porridge was great too.
野菜料理はローカル系のゴーヤ醤油漬けやジーマーミ豆腐、ゴーヤ青汁等割と種類がありました。紅芋とブルーベリーサラダを添えて食べてもよいでしょう。
Vegetable dishes include such locals as soy-sauce-pickled bitter gourd, jimami tofu (tofu made of peanut instead of soy), bitter gourd juice (yes that’s right), etc. Don’t forget to throw in some okinawan sweet potato and blueberry salad.
ベークドビーンズもおいしかったです。
Good to go with baked beans as well.

最後はフルーツで飲み込みます。
Finally, wash them down with fruits.
中庭に面して一面ガラス張りなので、朝は明るくていい感じです。
With a glass facade facing the inner garden, it was comfortingly bright during daytime.
