去年と同じく今年も店舗限定(国内の11店、都内の6店を含む)で、期間限定（2021/12/04～以降なくなり次第終了）「プラントベース赤丸」というヴィーガンら麺が発売を開始しました！去年に続き再販売のリクエストがたくさん寄せられたそうです。応じていただきありがとうございます。
They did it again this year! Here comes the limited time offer Vegan Ramen “Plant-based Akamaru” which begins offer from 2021/12/01 till stocks last, at 11 stores nationwide (including 6 stores in Tokyo). There seemed to be continuous requests from various parties since last year for the relaunch of this vegan ramen. Grateful that they bothered to look into them.

かなりいい香りがします。スープは比較的に濃厚でおいしかったです。
Nice aroma from the soup, which was relatively thick and of course delicious.
形が崩れやすく柔らかいベジチャーシューはあまり味がしませんでした。
Not much taste from this “Veggie Roast Pork” that was soft and prone to crumble.
麺はあまり弾力なく、味はどちらかというと蕎麦よりだと感じました。
The noodle was not very chewy, kind of reminded me of the Japanese Soba.
