静岡県産です。「プラントベース」とありますが、原材料に「一部に卵を含む」とも書いてあります。おそらく「グリシン」でしょう。

Gunma Prefecture product. Though labeled as “Plant based”, the ingredient list also indicates “Contains egg”. Probably due to the listed “Glycine”.
おいしかったです。卵を使わないバージョンができたらありがたいです。
Delicious. Would have been more grateful if made without said egg.
