一般利用可能の気象庁食堂で「ミートフリーフェア」が開催されています。毎週水曜日に週替わりのヴィーガン食が登場します。
The cafeteria at Japan Meteorological Agency (Kishouchou) is open to the public. They are having a Meet Free Fair, which offers different vegan menus every Wednesdays. No English, so here they are: 8/3 Green Curry, 8/10 Veggie Kaki-age Rice Bowl, 8/17 Veggie White Broth Ramen, 8/24 Veggie Ramen w/ Starchy Sauce, 8/31 Korean Fried Rice.

スパイスの香りがかなりします。インド味のグリーンカレーでおいしかったです。ボリュームは少な目です。
Fragrant with spice aroma. Tasted more Indian than the usual Thai, but delicious either way. A little small in portion though.
100円足すと麺大盛もできます。
Throw in an extra ￥100 for more noodles.

食券制です。席は多い方ですが、それでもランチアワーはやや混雑していました。
Buy your ticket from the machine and hand it to the staffs waiting at the counters. There were quite some seats, but still rather congested during lunch hours.
ちょっと入りづらい雰囲気でした。食堂は地下１階にあります。
Just march right in. The cafeteria is located on the basement B1F floor.
