地中海をテーマとした各国の料理があります。ヴィーガン、ベジタリアン仕様の料理は割と多めです。スパークリングワイン×１グラスと白ワイン×１ボトルはサービスでした。

The buffet comprised of cuisines – a good number of which are either vegan or vegetarian – typical of some mediterranean countries. And they even threw in a glass of sparkling wine and a bottle of white wine FOC.

カルナバハル(カリフラワーのソテー) Karnabahar (Cauliflower sautee)

シェフが余計な創作をしていなければヴィーガン仕様の料理です。フムス、クスクス、ファラフェル、カルナバハル（カリフラワーのソテー）とラタトゥイユがありました。

The vegan stuffs available were Hummus, Couscous, Falafel, Karnabahar (Cauliflower sautee), and Ratatouille, provided that the chefs did not innovate redundantly.

サイドディッシュのサラダバー。大麦やキヌアもあります。

Dare to call the salad bar now a side dish. Have some quinoa and barley.

ドレッシングはイタリアンドレッシングでいけます（余計な創作しなかったり、市販のやつでなければ）。料理を含めてアレルギー表示は7つのみなので、心配の人はバルサミコ酢かオリーブオイルでもいけます。

Italian dressing ought to be safe, provided if it is not store-bought and the chef did not attempt anything innovative. You can’t tell for sure even if they listed down the whole 27 allergens, let alone 7 in this case. Go with balsamic vinegar or olive oil to err on the safe side.

ヴィーガン仕様だとバリエーションはそんなに多くないですが、おいしかったです。デザートはグレープフルーツとオレンジです。

Vegans don’t get enjoy the diverse dishes but they were tasty enough. Have some grapefruits and oranges for desserts.

ファラフェルは取り放題、フムスは塗り放題。

Take all the falafels and put on all the hummus you want.

残ったフムスはクスクスと混ぜて食べてもおいしいです。

Feel free to mix the remaining hummus with couscous.

パスタはオーダー式でスタッフが持ってきてくれます。３種類（アーリオオーリオ菜の花添え、カルボナーラ、プッタネスカ）中アーリオオーリオ菜の花添えはいけます。

As for carbos, there is one Aglio e Olio w/ Nanohana among such other non-veg ones as Carbonara and Puttanesca. Order it at the counter and the staff would bring it to your table.
