小ぶりでいつもの餃子の形とも違います。
Rather small in size. And, they did not look like the usual gyozas.
袋に書いてある通り皮は厚めで「もちっと」しています。たぶん鍋料理かなんかに煮込んでいても崩れないだろう。味は美味しかったです。
As indicated on the package which said “mochitto” (=chewy), the wrapping was thick and chewy, unlike the usual hand-made ones which are as thin as possible. Made to withstand even the strongest nabe (=hotpot) dish I guess. Delicious though, taste wise.
