つゆ抜きにしなければヴィーガン仕様のそばをなかなか頂けないのが解決！ヴィーガンそばが3種類あって、さらにざるそばのつゆも￥50でヴィーガンつゆに変えられます。
Craving japanese soba but having problem not getting the bonito-soup served? Problem solved! This soba place offers 3 vegan sobas in addition to offering vegan soba tsuyu (soup) for an additional ￥50 to go with zaru-soba (soba-only menu).
ヴィーガン仕様のおつまみもあります！また、おつまみとそばを組み合わせたヴィーガンコースもあります！
Side dishes, which are usually main dishes at non-veg restaurants, are also available in vegan. Also available is a vegan course that includes zaru-soba and some of those side dishes.
付いているサラダはおつまみメニューの中の「有機リーフと豆腐のカッテージチーズ風サラダ」と同じものです。
The included salad is the same thing as the “Organic leaves & Cottage-cheese-style Tofu” Salad on the side dish menu.
「スパイシー」はまず感じないです。個人的にカレーはもっと濃くてもよいと思います。そばは十割と思えないほど滑らかですっすっと進みます。
Not one bit spicey. Personally I could use some heavier punching curry, but that’s probably just me. The soba however was smooth and did not taste like the usual juuwari (100% buckwheat, no wheat mixed) soba.
しめじとエリンギがたくさん入っています。ねぎもおいしかったです。
Pretty lot of simeji and king oyster mushrooms. The leek was great too.
辛みはほぼない感じですが、豆乳スープはおいしくてそばによく合います。
Again not spicy (as in hot). Anyway, the soymilk soup tasted great and went along well with the soba.
豆乳ホイップクリーム添え。
With soymilk whip cream.
レイヤー感が豊かでおいしかったです。
You can feel the multiple of layers. Tasted great.
カウンタ―席もテーブル席もあって、小さいお店ですが、広く感じます。
It was not a big place but felt spacious. Equal proportion of counter and table seats.
大通り沿いですが、道路に面しているのは別のそば屋です。
The building in which the restaurant is located also houses another soba joint, which differing from this one, faces the main road.
外に看板は出ていますが、ソバフルさんは中に入って一番奥のところです。
There is a standing signboard near the entrance, but our joint is located at the end of the corridor.
