国産です。正式名称「雪白体菜(せっぱくたいさい)」の漬物です。秩父地方の伝統野菜だそうです。

Japanese product. Official name “Seppakutai-sai”, a traditional vegetable cultivated around Chichibu region.
酒とわさびの相乗効果により、一気に大量に食べるとかなりきついです。少しずつごはんなどと一緒に食べるとおいしいです。
Packed quite a punch, with the combined synergy of sake and wasabi. Don’t go all in at once, or it would felt too much to handle. Top it on rice, etc., a little bit at one time to fully enjoy its deliciousness.
Ingredients:
Shakushi-na vegetable, Daikon, Wasabi stalk, Pickling material (Sake lee (leftover), Reduced syrup, Sugar, Fermentation seasoning, Salt, Brewed vinegar, Horse radish).
【Additive】
Ethanol, Flavor enhancer (Amino acid, etc), Flavor, Acidulant, Polysaccharide Thickening, Spice extract, Coloring (Chlorophyllin).
