豆腐の出し方は慣れれば苦労しないと思います。
The way to get those tofu out of the packs, you know practice makes perfect.
ごまはそんなに強調していなくて、たれも甘すぎずちょうどよいコンビです。
It did not get either too sesame with the tofu nor too sweet with the sauce. Justly balanced.
Ingredients:
【Sesame Tofu】
Black sesame paste (Japan), Sweet potato starch, Kudzu powder.
【Additive】
Gellant (Processed starch, Thickening polysaccharide).

【Miso Sauce】
Sugar, Rice miso, Mirin, Starch, Salt, Brewed vinegar, Yeast extract.
