岐阜県産です。このキャラクターは「麺くいっこ」というらしいです。一食分のパックはよく見かけますが、5食パックでしかも￥111／食の商品もあるんですね。
パーム油は使われていますが、RSPOのMIXED認証を受けているみたいです。RSPOとは「持続可能なパーム油のための円卓会議」という国際組織で、パーム油の持続可能な生産や消費などを促進することを目指しています。ここで「MIXED」というのはサプライチェーンの中で認証を受けた油とそうでない油が混ざっていることを指します。混ざっとるやないかと思うかもしれませんが、ゼロよりマシでしょうという意味での認証だそうです。少しでも持続可能な油を成長させようということです。

Gifu Prefecture product. The mascot is one “Menkuikko” (= noodle eating brat). Though frequently seen sold as one-serving packs, now they are having this 5-serving pack at ￥111/serving.
This product uses the omni-evil palm oil. It received a “MIXED” certification from RSPO (Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil) which oversee and encourage production, consumption, etc. of sustainable palm oil. “Mixed” means such oil that comprised of mixture of certified and uncertified oil. Partial as it may be, it contributes to the production of sustainable palm oil, probably through incremental uses and productions through incentives from consumers.
