歌舞伎町にお店を構えているVegan Laboです。キッチンカーではお弁当とヴィーガンホットドッグを出しています。
This “Vegan Labo” has her main shop in Kabukicho. As for the food truck, they offered one bento box and one vegan hotdog.
少し少量ですが、特に野菜のマリネがおいしかったです。
A little too light for the price, but still delicious especially those marinated veggies.
こんにゃく系でソース味の「ミート」です。
The “meat” was probably made mainly of konjac, then seasoned with “so-su” (=sauce = thickened worcestershire-like sauce).
大鳥神社では木金土出店が多いようです。
The food truck comes on mostly every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.
もうひとつのキッチンカーは「ノムノムコーヒー」です。スパイスカレーがヴィーガンです。
Another food truck that comes here was “Nomnom Kitchen Car”, offering one vegan spice curry.
フライドオニオンがかかっていて風味のいいカレーでした。
Topped with fried onion. Perfect flavor.
不定期な出店みたいです。出る場合は水曜日が多い。
