中国産です。酸味が効いていてごはんが進みます。こちらは魚系原材料が入っていないです。
Found at Seiyu Supermarket @2021/12/22.
Made in China. Nametake refers to chopped up enoki mushroom that is simmered in soy sauce and mirin. A little sour but good combo with rice. Usually contains fish-related ingredients, but not this.
Ingredients:
Enoki mushroom, Soy sauce (Contains Wheat, Soy), Sugar.
【Additive】
Citric acid, Flavor enhancer (Amino acid, etc), Thickening polysaccharide, Anti-oxidant (Vitamin C).
