中国産です。中華料理のスープや鍋によく見かけるやつです。日本の湯葉より固めで崩れにくいです。
Found at Gyomu Supermarket @2022/01/29.
Chinese product. Frequently seen in such chinese cuisine as soup and hotpot. It is similar to the japanese yuba except it is harder and tougher.
解凍が面倒くさければそのままスープに放り込めばよいです。火鍋にも入れてみたいです。
Tired of defrosting? Just hurl them into the boiling soup. Can’t wait to try with hotpot next.
