Chinese product. Came in 4 cubes, making it ￥126/serving.
火鍋でなくても普通に麻辣うどんにしてもよいです。ただ１食だと味が濃すぎてちょっときつかったです。３か４食にするといいかもしれません。辛さもしびれも程よく味は本場らしいです。
Not necessarily limited to hotpot, it is good to go with noodles like udon. However 1 cube for 1 serving was kind of overkill as the taste could get too dense. 3 to 4 servings would have been better. It was fairly hot and numbing, and tasted pretty close to the things one would eat in China.
Ingredients:
Vegetable oil (Palm oil, Rapeseed oil), Doubanjiang (Fresh chili, Salt, Broad bean, etc), Chili, Salt, Yeast extract, Garic, Leek, Ginger, Japanese pepper, Sugar, Douchi (Soybean, Salt, Flour), Spice.

Flavor enhancer (Amino acid, etc), Ethanol, Coloring (Chili color).
