金曜日のランチアワーによく「コカドビル」の裏で出店しているファラフェル専門のキッチンカー「ブーケ・ドゥ・ジョワ」です。
Food truck “Bouquet de Joie” specializing in falafels, is frequently sighted at the back of “Kokado Building” during lunch hours on fridays.
メニューはファラフェル専業。ハーフ、フル、サラダの三種類です。
Everything falafels. Come in half or full sizes of pita, or in salad.
材料は全て植物性だそうです。
Ingredients are all plant-based.
野菜もファラフェルもぎょうさん詰め込まれています。野菜はキャロットラペ、茄子の素揚げ、とサラダ系です。ファラフェルは数えていないですが、大粒は6-7個あったと思います。ソースはタヒーニ以外に2種類は入っているかなという感じです。味はものすごく豊かでおいしかったです。
Packed quite some loads of veggies and falafels. The veggies were made up of carrot lape, fried eggplant, and those salad stuffs. Did not count the falafels, but there should be 6-7 of them big balls. Other than tahini, there were at least 2 more sauces involved. So, what you are getting is some megalopolis of great taste.
