オランダ発の革新的な肉代用品を利用したレストラン／ワインバーです。池袋駅西口から徒歩5分、地下1階に位置して、白色を基調とした内装で、穏やかな雰囲気を抱きます。
注文したのは「フィッシュカツバーガー」と「一石三鳥テリマヨバーガー」です。英語名が面白いのは特徴的です。添え物は「蒸しブロッコリー」、「蒸しニンジン」、「フライドポテト」からの１択です。基本的にスマホでQRコードをスキャンして画面で注文する形です。
「フィッシュ」は味とテクスチャが本物のツナと思わせられます。「テリマヨ」はパテに弾力がありソースとの相性は抜群です。
Located about 5-minute walk away from West Exit of Ikebukuro Station, this Dutch burger joint offers original mock meat like no others. It is at the B1F and the 1F entrance was not very telling. Anyway, the interior was mostly white in tone, and pretty relaxing.
We ordered “No Fish Burger” and “What A The Cluck Teri Mayo Burger”. Those are not made up names. Both come with a choice out of “Boiled Broccolis”, “Steamed Carrots”, or “Fried Potatoes”.
You order principally by scanning your phones through QR codes.
Fish (or No Fish?) tasted and felt like real tunas, while Teri Mayo had some real bouncy patties and great sauce.
