「Vg」マークは一応「ベジタリアン」と書いてありますが、公式サイトの成分表の成分からみてみると、ヴィーガン仕様でもあるそうです。砂糖とかはちみつとかも別欄に書いてくれて親切です。ありがたいです。
Though the “Vg” mark was labeled “Vegetarian”, they are in most cases vegan as well, as can be confirmed through the ingredient listed on the official website. They even went through the trouble to list sugar and honey as such on a different column. Grateful.
この店舗はVgカレーが1種類だけでした。
They only had one Vg curry in this store.
ライスもありますが、パンもあります。全粒粉の方は乳入りですので、ヴィーガンはうっかり頼まないように。全粒粉じゃないほうはヴィーガンですね、ショートニングとかなし。
Other than rice, they also had rolls. For vegans, be aware not to order the “whole wheat” version as it contains dairy. The one with health incriminating wheat is safe though, no shortening or such.
みごとに「全粒粉トラップ」にはまりました。スープもカレーもおいしかったです。
Ok as heralded, fell for the “whole wheat” trap. Soup and curry were tasty nonetheless.
