都内に7店舗ありますが、お店によってヴィーガンラーメンのメニューは少し違います。こちらは醤油ラーメン（ヴィーガンチャーシュー付き）です。チャーシュー増しは￥1,320です。
There are 7 stores in Tokyo. The vegan ramen menu differs quite a bit among the stores. This one offers Shoyu (Soy sauce) Ramen with Vegan Char Siu (Roasted “Pork”). ￥1320 for extra Char Siu. Also cater to oriental vegan (five-pungents-free).
チャーシューは3～4枚入っています。スープは濃厚でおいしかったです。
Contained about 3 to 4 pieces of Char Siu. The soup was thick and tasty!
麺は細麺で固め。おいしかったです。
The noodle was what they call “hosomen (=thin noodle)” and was a little hard, ie chewy to the teeth. Delicious!
全部テーブル席です。
