中国料理らしい味付けです。ミート自体は薄い豆腐を何層も重ねた上圧縮した、弾力のある嚙み応えです。
The flavoring is very close to one one would taste at a chinese restaurant. The meat itself bites as if it was made of compressed layers of very thin tofu. Simply chewy.

Soy protein (Defatted processed soybean (Non-GMO), Hydrolyzed soy protein (Non-GMO), Flour), Vegetable oil (Soybean oil), Chili, Salt, Cumin, Sesame.
