ショーケースで「動物性食材は一切使用しない」と表示があるベジタブルラーメンです。野菜と昆布でできたこだわりのだしスープです。
The description came in Japanese only, and it says mainly, “Healthy ramen whose soup made of kombu and vegetables” topped with 12 types of vegetable.” and “No ingredients of animal source used”.
塩以外にも正油と味噌もあります。
Other than salt flavor, there are also soy sauce flavor and miso flavor.
塩と醤油より＋￥80です。味が濃くておいしかったです。
An upcharge of ￥80 for miso flavor, but totally worth it.
塩をいただきました。食品サンプルよりうまそうに見えます。野菜の素揚げはパリパリで食感よく、麺は弾力があり嚙み応えがよかったと感じます。スープは塩気が強めですが、野菜だしが濃くておいしかったです。
I tried the salt flavor one. It kind of looked better than the food sample. Anyway, the deep-fried vegetables were crispy and the noodle chewy. The soup was rather salty which earned its name, but overall the stronger vegetable broth won out, making it one delicious ramen.
大盛にしたくなります。
Can I have it upsized?
席は広くて、たくさんあります。
Plenty of spacious seats.
入口はショーケースの反対側にあります。電車の人はまずショーケースのほうが先に目に入ります。
If by train, you’ll be seeing the showcase first before the entrance, which is on the other side of the showcase.
