都内では主要な駅にあるチェーン店でヴィーガンが食べられる「おろししょうゆ」があります。つゆは使われなくて、砂糖入り醤油のみです。
Stores conveniently located at most main sites around Tokyo and other major cities. One regular menu vegans could enjoy is “Radish w/ soy sauce” which uses sugared soy sauce instead of fish broth soup.
冷やしか暖かい仕様から選べます。冷やしのほうがコシがあって噛み応えがよいと感じます。
Available in cold or hot. I personally prefer the cold version as the udon tasted more chewy.
ゴマ、おろししょうが、醤油、わさび、七味など足し放題。
Feel free to add to the already delicious udon, free sesame, grated ginger, more soy sauce, wasabi, chili powder, etc.
