「生地にカリフラワーライス使用」と記載はありますが、10%程度です。残りは小麦粉。ただ何よりも、お手頃価格で気軽に家ピザを楽しめるのは最高。

Though labeled with “Cauliflower rice used in crust”, the proportion is about 10% vs 90% wheat flour. But still, it’s a great “pizza-at-home” option to have.
オーブンで6分程度で焼きあがった感じ。野菜たちは水っぽくなく、割とさくさくしています。
Fresh out of the oven after about 6 minutes. The vegetables weren’t as soaked, some were actually quite crispy.
Ingredients: Pizza crust (Flour, Processed cauliflower, Vegetable oil, salt, Shortening, Yeast, Sugar), Tomato sauce, Bell pepper, Zucchini, Eggplant, Broccoli, Seasoning oil, Basil / Acidulant, Emulsifier, Thickener (Xanthan gum), Flavoring, Spice extract.
Contains Wheat, Soy.
