大豆ミートのミンチと茄子でできた麻婆茄子です。麻婆というより、どちらかというとジャージャー麺のソースみたいな味ですが、おいしかったです。ちょっと辛い。
Instead of the usual mabo tofu, tried it out with mabo nasu using minced soy meat and eggplants. Did not taste much like mabo, but more like zhajiangmian. Tasty though, with a little kick of hotness.
Ingredients:
Syrup (Japan), Tamari soy sauce (Contains Wheat, Soy), Miso (Contains Soy), Soybean oil, Starch, Doubanjiang, Sugar, Brewed rice seasoning, Salt, Spring onion, Sichuan pepper, Dried garlic, Chili, Paprika powder, Yeast extract, Pepper, Garlic powder.
