Found at Marutetsu Supermarket @2026/8/14.
Iwate Prefecture product. Frozen noodle.
中身はめんとソースだけ。衝撃。めんはチンじゃなくて、お湯で煮るパターン。
Contained inside – a slab of noodle and a pack of sauce. Mild shock! But wait there’s more – instead of microwavable, the noodle has to be boiled.
スーパーでそれなりの麺とコチュジャンを買ってまぜたら同じ仕上がりになります。
Same stuffs you get from regular store bought noodle and gojuchang sauce.
Ingredients (Noodle) (Japan):
Starch, Flour, Vegetable oil, Salt.
Ingredients (Sauce):
Soy sauce, Sugar, Chili, Ethanol, Garlic, Sesame oil, Rice koji, Brewed alcohol, Saccharide.
【Additive】
Thickener (Modified starch), Ethanol, Acidity regulator, Leavening agent, Flavor enhancer (Amino acid, etc), Acidulant.
