だしが入っていない「生醤油うどん」はヴィーガンです。
Look for “Kijyouyu Udon” (the bottom left picture), the only one without dashi.
シンプルな食材です。好みに合わせて醤油の量を調整可能。うどんはコシがあっておいしかったです。醤油は薄口です。
Very simple ingredients. Given the whole bottle of kijouyu (meaning raw soy sauce). The udon itself was packed with what they call “koshi” (meaning chewiness), an epitome of sanuki udon.
The soy sauce ingredients: Defatted processed soybean(Imported), Wheat, Soybean, with ethanol as additive.
